Stip k Description Status <br />27 TCC must perform constant monitoring of Future <br />all inflow or seepage encountered as the <br />lst,2nd, and 3rd left gate roads are <br />advanced.TCC must report any encountered <br />measurable inflows to the Division immediately, <br />and shall keep the Division appraised of any <br />changes of inflow. Monitoring of inflows <br />shall continue until the Division approves cessation. <br />28 In the event that total accumulated inflow Future <br />from the gate road extensions were to reach or <br />exceed 50 gallons per minute, TCC will cease <br />further mining and seal the areas of inflow, <br />until installation of the alluvial wells and <br />stream gages is completed and initial <br />monitoring accomplished.
