MAR B4 '94 11 01 COLOR~MINING fiSSN 303 8948416 • P•9i9 y^ <br />8 <br />MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS <br />A permit with a maximum application processing period of <br />ten days ie available for highway contractors needirn3 to <br />mine road building materials when their contracts call <br />for a construction start within a short period of time. <br />Successor operators must assume all reclamation <br />obligations of their predecessors. <br />Permits will be denied to persons in default of other <br />reclamation obligations at the time of application. <br />The Board may enter upon an operator's property to <br />inspect for noncompliance at any reasonable time. <br />Penalties are provided for those who operate without a <br />permit or for failure to comply with permit condition~a, <br />Board orders, or Board regulations. <br />Existing reclamation and stabilization language found in <br />Articles 22 and 40 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973 is not <br />repealed; however, requirements contained therein are <br />made subservient to 88.1065. <br />
