locations of the monitoring stations, and the data obtained from this monitoring. Please locate
stations used for this monitoring on the "Geotechnical Monitoring Dewatering Wells" map.
RESPONSE: Trapper will include a discussion of the type of monitoring
that Mr. Tinucci has been conducting, the reasons for the monitoring
and the duration of the monitoring in its Phase I report. Trapper will
provide the rest of the information requested no later than December 8,
2006.
6. One monitoring point on the "Geotechnical Monitoring Dewatering Wells" map is labeled
"Agapito" (label on map is illegible). Please discuss what was being monitored at this
location.
RESPONSE: Trapper will provide this information to you no later than
December 8, 2006.
7. Please provide data logs for inclinometers installed in the East Panel Area, and current data
logs to demonstrate findings regarding the slip swface or swfaces. Please provide a
description of the purpose of these inclinometers. Please discuss if any such inclinometers
other than those currently indicated have been removed in the past, and the reasons for their
removal.
RESPONSE: The inclinometers referred to monitor and measure land
movement. Those that have been removed are those that Trapper mined
through. They were removed because we mined through the location on
which they were sited. The other information requested will be provided
to you no later than December 8, 2006.
8. Three "seismic holes", numbered 71693, 71978, and 72752, aze identified on the
"Geotechnical Monitoring Dewatering Wells" map. Please provide a description of the
purpose of these 3 holes. Please confirm whether any other such "seismic holes" exist (or
existed) in the East Panel Area.
RESPONSE: The three holes that you identify measure blasting data for
the purpose of designing blast delay patterns. Trapper will provide the
other information you request by ao later than December 8, 2006.
9. Six continuous core holes aze depicted on the "Geotechnical Monitoring Dewatering Wells"
map. Please provide any core data, driller's log data, and geologic logging data from these
holes. Please also confirm whether any other such "continuous core holes" exist (or existed)
in the East Panel Area.
Trapper will provide this information to you no later than
December 8, 2006.
10. Please provide one map that superimposes the azeal extent of the landslide on the azeas in the
East Panel Area previously approved for distwbance under the approved CDRMS permit and
under any CDR.MS exploration notices of intent.
