<br />Debtors in the above-captioned eases (collectivel:~, <br />"Debtors") submit this memorandum in support of their application <br />for an order. authorizing the employment of LeBoeuf, Lamb, L~aiby b <br />MacRae ("LeBoeuf") es counsel (the "Application"). The contents <br />of the Application and its exhibits are incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />1.
