<br />581378,581387,580131,580360,580521,580620,580647,580658,580712,580786,5809(2,
<br />581011.581027,581076.581066,581376,581406,581535,581599.580173,580942,581142,
<br />581222, 581265, 580400 and one used Komatsu WA500-I wheel loader, S/N 020895, and any
<br />and all proceeds thereof, insurance recoveries, and all replacements, additions, accessions,
<br />accessories and substitutions [hereto or therefor, to secure payment of any and all liabilities or
<br />obligations of Agile and Rock & Rail to U.S. Bancorp, theretofore arising, then existing or
<br />thereafter arising, and whether under that agreement or under any other writing between Agile
<br />and Rock & Railand U.S. Bancorp.
