This proposed action was public noticed in the Rifle <br />Citizen Telegram on March 7, 2002, and the Glenwood Post Independent on March 8, 2002.. <br />The public comment period ended on Apri18, 2002, and there were no comments from <br />either the general public or the land owners who maybe affected by the proposed action. We <br />also did not receive any comments from you concerning our actions. Because of the absence of <br />comments, the Permit is being issued as proposed and is effective immediately. <br />Enclosed is a Final Underground Injection Control (iJIC) Permit for the proposed Class I <br />non-hazardous injection well Getty No. 1-7LW, Garfield County, Colorado.
