r~ <br />~. <br />SECTION B <br /> <br />The following findings and specific approvals are required by Rule 4: <br />I. Roads -Rule 4.03 <br />No specific approvals are granted under this section. <br />II. Suooort Facilities -Rule 4.04 <br />No specific approvals are granted under this section. <br />III. Hydroloaic Balance <br />A. Water Quality Standards and Effluent Limitations <br />No specific approvals are granted under this section. <br />B. Surface Water and Groundwater Monitoring <br />1. On June 1, 1989, the Division approved a technical revision to <br />suspend hydrologic monitoring at the mine site. Information <br />conceming ground and surface water is located in Section 2.04.7 of <br />the permit. <br />IV. Toasoil <br />A. All topsoil that was salvaged during the mining operation has been redistributed <br />over the disturbed area in accordance with the reclamation plan. A Phase [[ bond <br />release was approved by the Division on November Z7, 1996. The Division <br />determined that topsoil had been replaced by the operator in accordance with <br />Rule 4.06.4 and Section 34-33-120(2)(f) of the Act. Information about soil <br />resources can be found in Sections 2.04.9 and 2.05.4 of the permit. <br />V. Sealine of Drilled Holes and Undereround Openines <br />A. All exploration drill holes and monitoring wells have been sealed and reclaimed <br />in accordance with the permit. Information conceming the sealing of these <br />exploration holes can be found in Exhibit 9 of the permit. <br />
