Due to the changes as addressed in your correspondence, it does not <br />~A appear mining will be completed by this date, What is the new anticipated <br />date of completion of mining and reclamation of this site? <br />Q The current Financial Warranty for this site is $8,750.00 for reclaiming <br />a total of 10.0 acres. This Financial Warranty was based on mining seven <br />acres per year and reclaiming a corresponding seven acres per year. Because <br />the Financial Warranty for this site is a one-time only posting, this <br />Financial Warranty must be based on worst-case conditions. From a review of <br />the October 25, 1983 letter, it appears more than 1D acres are disturbed that <br />would require reclamation.
