53A) to agree with the verbal description (specifically as relates to that area around the train <br />load-out.) <br />Rule 2.04.7 Groundwater and Surface Water Information <br />Much of [he content of the Hydrology section is undergoing revision currently through PR-08, <br />TR-80 revision of the Probable Hydrologic Consequences section of the permit and a complete ~~ <br />revision and update of the water monitoring plan. <br />Rule 2.04.10 (2) Vegetation Reference Area <br />~S <br />The location of the proposed reference area could not be found on a map. The table of contents ~~ . p, <br />says Map 44 in Volume 6 shows the revised reference area. Map 44 is dated December 1982 and _p ~~P'" <br />does not show the historic reference are. There is a map (figure 1) associated with Exhibit 32A S F~~ <br />in Volume 6, but the reference area is not shown on it. The location of the historic reference l <br />area needs to be clearly delineated on a map and the map referenced in the text of the application <br />2.04.13 Anmial Reclamation Reports <br />MCC has provided annual reclamation reports. Given that this is an underground mine and most <br />of the seeding is interim, there is not a lot to report at this stage. The following comments are made <br />specifically to these two ponds, but they apply to the submitted diagrams for all the ponds as <br />they appear in the permit document. Please respond to the comments at each pond where <br />applicable. <br />A stage-volume curve is required to determine compliance with Rule 4.05.6(3)(a). The <br />Division requests that this information be provided and certified to demonstrate compliance <br />within the permit. <br />2.
