3.1.6 Fences and Other Improvements <br />American Soda Will min;m;~p disturbance to e~dsting fences and other <br />improvements on public lands. American Soda will promptly repair <br />improvements to their original state or better. Functia~nal use of these <br />improvements will be maintained at all times. American Soda will contact the <br />owner of any improvements prior to disturbing them. <br />American Soda will contact the grazing lessee prior to crossing any fence on <br />public land or any fence between public and private land and l~vill offer the lessee <br />an opportunity to be present when the fence is cut so the lessee may be satisfied <br />that the fence is adequately braced and secured. Each fence crossed by this ROW <br />will be braced and secured to prevent slacking of the wire before cutting the wire <br />for pipeline construction. The opening thus created will be temporarily closed as <br />necessary during construction to prevent passage of livestock <br />When construction associated with this ROW disrupts or destroys a natural <br />barrier used for livestock control, gaps thus opened will be fenced to prevent <br />livestock passage. The fence will be constructed to B][.M or landowner <br />specifications. <br />3.1.7 Materials and Equipment Movement <br />During pipe stringing operations, pipe will be hauled in acrnrdance with the <br />following restrictions: <br />• Trucks may haul during daylight hours only, 7 days a h~eek <br />• No esrnrt vehicles are required. <br />The following roads will be used as "Primary Use :Highways" during <br />construction of the pipeline. <br />Table 3-3 Primary Use Roads. <br />Road T e Road Name <br />Interstate Highways I-70 <br />Colorado State Roads highway 13 <br />County Roads Rio Blanco.
