Special Review • • <br />Lyons Stone Quarries <br />Page -4- <br />petition, resolution, evidence and testimony presented to it, and has given he same such <br />weight as it in its discretion deems proper, and is now fully advised in the premises; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the petition of Lyons Shone Quarries <br />for the permission to operate a rock quarry in the FA-1 Farming zone upo~ the property <br />described on Exhibit "A" be and the same hereby is granted, upon he following <br />conditions: <br />1. All quarry activities shall take place only between 7:00 a. m. end 5:00 p. m., <br />Monday through Saturday. There shall be no blasting at any time. <br />2. Conditions on road impacts and traffic: <br />a. The owners must agree in writing to comply with the equirements <br />of the County Engineering Department regarding access permits and the C unty Offsite <br />Road Development Policy for mining operations. This applies to all q arry traffic, <br />including removal of loose rock or rubble. <br />b. Other conditions pertaining to hauling of loose rock rom existing <br />rubble piles: <br />(1) The contractor shall contact John Niemela, Tr ffic Control <br />Coordinator for Larimer County, prior to commencing hauling. The contr etor will be <br />responsible for placement of proper signing on County Road 27 to warn of 1 <br />onto highway. All signing will be in accordance with the manual on un <br />control devices as approved by John Niemela. <br />(2) No parking, loading or unloading of any veh <br />allowed within the County right-of-way. <br />(3) Trucks shall not back onto the County road. <br />(4) All trucks will be subject to existing state <br />maximum weight. No overweight permits will be issued, and Larimer Coy <br />turning <br />traffic <br />will be <br />for <br />reserves <br />
