RIDER TO MINING PERMIT <br />Permit Date: May 23, 1993 <br />Permit No: C-82-056 <br />The following additional stipulations and conditions form an integral part of <br />the foregoing permit: <br />Stipulation No <br />Prior to approval of any mining-related activities which would <br />potentially affect lands in the North 1/2 of Section 10, TSN, R86W or <br />the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, T6N, R86W <br />(through future permit revision or renewal) the permittee will submit <br />acceptable right-of-entry information to the Division. <br />Stipulation No. 27 <br />TCC must perform constant monitoring of all inflow or seepage <br />encountered as the first, second and third left gateroads are <br />advanced. TCC must report any encountered measurable inflows to the <br />Division immediately, and shall keep the Division apprised of any <br />changes of inflow. Monitoring of inflows shall continue until the <br />Division approves cessation. <br />Stipulation No. 28 <br />In the event that total accumulated inflow from the gateroad extensions <br />were to reach or exceed 50 gpm, TCC will cease further mining and seal <br />the areas of the inflow, until installation of the alluvial wells and <br />stream gages is completed and initial monitoring accomplished. In the <br />event that installation of seals becomes necessary, TCC Shall inform <br />the Division of its proposed methodology in order to obtain approval <br />before commencing installation. Following installation, TCC must <br />obtain approval to resume gateroad extension. <br />Stipulation No. 29 <br />TCC will submit proposed locations and descriptions of the alluvial <br />wells and stream gaging stations to be installed, and a schedule for <br />their installation, to the Division for approval within two weeks after <br />approval of MR 91-69. <br />Stipulation No. 32 <br />Twentymile Coal Company will submit to the Division upon receipt from <br />the Colorado Department of Health the approval documents for their <br />waste water treatment system. <br />
