The <br />adobe house is the residence of the Tatum's. The residence is identified as structure #27 on the <br />structural inventory (see fig. 1). Aerial photos (see figure 2) were taken of the barn and surrounding <br />property on February 27, 1995, and <br />LautWn o/ Bem on S1nuWal <br />again from the ground on March 2, <br />1995. The photo taken on March 2 was <br />taken as part of an inspection to address <br />your complaint as required by Rule <br />5.02.5. In this photo the structures are <br />labeled. In the structural inventory map <br />there is a structure #26 that is identified <br />as a wood frame barn located 250 feet <br />south southeast of the residence. There <br />was no evidence of this barn in the high <br />resolution aerial photos. The photos are <br />of sufficient resolution to count fence <br />posts. <br />To resolve this permit deficiency the <br />Division will require Basin Resources to <br />update and submit a new structural <br />
