The barn you have identified is located approximately 300 feet due west of the adobe house. The adobe house is the residence of the Tatum's. The residence is identified as structure #27 on the structural inventory (see fig. 1). Aerial photos (see figure 2) were taken of the barn and surrounding property on February 27, 1995, and LautWn o/ Bem on S1nuWal again from the ground on March 2, 1995. The photo taken on March 2 was taken as part of an inspection to address your complaint as required by Rule 5.02.5. In this photo the structures are labeled. In the structural inventory map there is a structure #26 that is identified as a wood frame barn located 250 feet south southeast of the residence. There was no evidence of this barn in the high resolution aerial photos. The photos are of sufficient resolution to count fence posts.
