The well was completed on May 30, 2002, and has been in use as a <br />production well. We received your request for approval to inject on December 9, 2002 along <br />with a copy of the Halliburton CAST/CBL log and evaluation This submittal completed the <br />requirements needed to approve authorization to inject. Requirements of UIC Area Petmit No. <br />C03358-00000 Part II, Sections. C. 2.
