~...
Ed Bischoff and Rich Domingue -2- March 2, 1982
February 5, 1982 response to stipulation number 7 (number 35 in cross-
reference) concerning the submittal of a plan for monitoring the agricultural
usage and productivity of the North Fork A.V.F. A draft of this plan was
submitted previously, but the attached material should also be reviewed if
anything in the draft plan has changed.
RZso, stipulations 8, 9, 10 and 37 as listed in the cross-reference all deal
with the submittal of plans for sealing portals and wells (and boreholes).
As such they should be treated as a set in terms of the Division sending ARCO
a reply once the material has been reviewed. Roy Cox is currently reviewing
the plans, and once he is satisfied with the hydrologic aspects of the plan
we can send RRCO a letter stating that the requirements of the stipulations
have been satisfied. Pendleton has already reviewed the engineering design
aspects of the plans, and is basically satisfied (see comments on his December 28,
1981 memo), so all we need is Roy's o.k. and any recommendations he may have
concerning the plans.
