Mowry: <br />As per my letter of November 5, 1985, Terror Creek Company is <br />making every effort to locate a manufacturer or supplier of dust <br />supression chemicals for roadway application on the pad area at <br />the Terror Creek Loadout facility. <br />As you are aware, the customers of Terror Creek Company <br />require any chemical applications subject to even inadvertant <br />mixing with coal be free of any and all choride compounds. <br />Therefore, we are limited to dust supressant chemicals with an oil <br />base or possibly a polymer compound.
