4 <br />Be aware, although property owners may dispose of their own waste on <br />their own property without a CD, the owners still must meet the substantive <br />standards of the regulations of the CDH. The CDH may find that <br />backfilling with concrete that has not been hardened for at least sixty <br />days will require a long term water monitoring program. Long term <br />could mean thirty or more years of water monitoring. <br />Please contact the Colorado Department of Health concerning their <br />policy on disposing of self generated waste.
