No formal <br />sediment control system is planned for the temporary construction site <br />and therefore this would be an area defined as exempt from 'sediment <br />control. The areas are located within 100 feet of the river and highway <br />and Empire is seeking approval to conduct the construction within this <br />area. <br />The overland belt will be constructed on land owned by Empire <br />Energy. Please refer to Map IV-Z for location of various properties. <br />The partial enclosure (covering) of the conveyor belt will extend <br />down and over the belt on the windward side.
