Technical Revision 50 -This revision was received by the Division on 7 March 2005, deemed complete on 14 Mazch 2005 and approved on 30 June 2005. This revision dealt with updates to other agency permits within the Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek Mines permit. There was no increase in bond for this revision. Technical Revision 51 -This revision was received by the Division on 9 June 2005, deemed complete on 17 June 2005 and approved on 16 September 2005. This revision dealt with the transfer of water from the D-Seam workings of the Elk Creek Mine to the B-Seam workings of the abandoned Somerset Mine. There was no increase in bond for this revision. Technical Revision 52 -This revision was received by the Division on 5 July 2005, deemed complete on 8 July 2005 and approved on 21 July 2005. This revision dealt with the submittal of as-built drawings For the Hubbazd Creek Pan site, approved with Technical Revision 49. There was no increase in bond for this revision. Technical Revision 53 -This revision was received by the Division on 27 July 2005, deemed complete on 8 August 2005 and approved on 30 September 2005, This revision dealt with the construction of light- use roads, drill pads and 15 gob vent boreholes. There was an increase in bond of $137,204.00 for this revision. Section III. -Status of Stinulations According to the Division's records in the permitting database, there is one outstanding stipulations and one on-going commitment attached to Permit No. C-81-022. These are listed below. Stipulation 16 The operator will, pursuant to Rule 4.10.2(2)(B), submit to the Division as part of the quarterly coal mine waste pile inspection report, compaction test results for that pile. Testing will take place on an as-needed basis, depending on the rate at which the pile receives coal mine waste, to ensure stability of the pile. Issued May 28, 1993. Commitment 1 Somerset Mining Company will address inundation of Sanborn East workings by water in possibly flooded Hawk's Nest workings entered through borehole No. 8.
