Technical Revision 50 -This revision was received by the Division on 7 March <br />2005, deemed complete on 14 Mazch 2005 and approved on 30 June <br />2005. This revision dealt with updates to other agency permits within <br />the Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek Mines permit. There was no <br />increase in bond for this revision. <br />Technical Revision 51 -This revision was received by the Division on 9 June 2005, <br />deemed complete on 17 June 2005 and approved on 16 September <br />2005. This revision dealt with the transfer of water from the D-Seam <br />workings of the Elk Creek Mine to the B-Seam workings of the <br />abandoned Somerset Mine. There was no increase in bond for this <br />revision. <br />Technical Revision 52 -This revision was received by the Division on 5 July 2005, <br />deemed complete on 8 July 2005 and approved on 21 July 2005. <br />This revision dealt with the submittal of as-built drawings For the <br />Hubbazd Creek Pan site, approved with Technical Revision 49. <br />There was no increase in bond for this revision. <br />Technical Revision 53 -This revision was received by the Division on 27 July <br />2005, deemed complete on 8 August 2005 and approved on 30 <br />September 2005, This revision dealt with the construction of light- <br />use roads, drill pads and 15 gob vent boreholes. There was an <br />increase in bond of $137,204.00 for this revision. <br />Section III. -Status of Stinulations <br />According to the Division's records in the permitting database, there is one outstanding <br />stipulations and one on-going commitment attached to Permit No. C-81-022. These are <br />listed below. <br />Stipulation 16 The operator will, pursuant to Rule 4.10.2(2)(B), submit to the <br />Division as part of the quarterly coal mine waste pile inspection <br />report, compaction test results for that pile. Testing will take place <br />on an as-needed basis, depending on the rate at which the pile <br />receives coal mine waste, to ensure stability of the pile. <br />Issued May 28, 1993. <br />Commitment 1 Somerset Mining Company will address inundation of Sanborn <br />East workings by water in possibly flooded Hawk's Nest workings <br />entered through borehole No. 8.
