e <br />~GIS <br />(B) In the event of any CLAIM(S) arising out of any single OCCURRENCE which Involve(s) two or <br />more UNDERLYING LIMITS: <br />(a) If Item 6C of the Declaratlons deslgnates that UNDERLYING LIMITS shall apply 'In <br />combination', then the UNDERLYING LIMIT shall be the greater of: <br />(p the sum of any applicable underlying Insured limit(s) and the single largest applicable <br />self-Insured retention; or <br />(Iq the amount stated In Item 6B of the Declaratlons; and <br />(b) If Item 6C of the Declaratlons deslgnates that UNDERLYING LIMITS shall apply <br />'separately', then each applicable UNDERLYING LIMIT shall be applied separately without <br />limitation. <br />(9) The Inclusion or addition hereunder of more than one INSURED shall not operate to Increase <br />the COMPANY'S Limits of Liability beyond those amounts stated In Item 5 of the <br />Declaratlons. <br />II. DEFINITIONS <br />(A) BODILY INJURY: The term 'BODILY INJURY' shall mean: <br />(1) bodily Injury, mental anguish, mental Illness, emotional upset, sickness or disease sustained <br />by any person which occurs during the COVERAGE PERIOD, Including death at any time <br />resulting therefrom; or <br />(?J INCIDEMAL MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INJURY. <br />(B) CLAIM: The term 'CLAIM' shall mean any demand or suit against any INSURED for damages <br />because of BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE. <br />Multiple demands or suits arlsing out of the same OCCURRENCE shall be deemed to be a single <br />'CLAIM'. <br />(C) COMPANY: The term 'COMPANY' shall mean Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Llmlted, <br />Hamilton, Bermuda, a non~ssessable mutual Insurance company. <br />(D) COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY: The term 'COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY' shall Include <br />BODILY INJURY and PROPERTY DAMAGE arlsing out of operations, or reliance upon a <br />representation or warranty with respect thereto made at any time, but only If such BODILY <br />INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE occurs after such operations have been completed or abandoned <br />and occurs away from premises owned by or rented to the INSURED. <br />Operations shall Include materials, parts or equipment furnished In connection therewith. <br />Operations shall be deemed completed at the earliest of the following: <br />(t) when all operattons to be performed by or on behalf of the INSURED under the contract for <br />such operations have been completed; <br />(7J when all operations to be performed by or on behalf of the INSURED at the site of tha <br />operations have been completed; or <br />(3) when the portion of the operations out of which the BODILY INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE <br />arises has been put to Its Intended use by any person or organization other than another <br />contractor or subcontractor engaged In, performing operations for a principal as part of the <br />same project <br />«.,. <br />8100 (1/90) [3 of 15 ] <br />
