e ~GIS (B) In the event of any CLAIM(S) arising out of any single OCCURRENCE which Involve(s) two or more UNDERLYING LIMITS: (a) If Item 6C of the Declaratlons deslgnates that UNDERLYING LIMITS shall apply 'In combination', then the UNDERLYING LIMIT shall be the greater of: (p the sum of any applicable underlying Insured limit(s) and the single largest applicable self-Insured retention; or (Iq the amount stated In Item 6B of the Declaratlons; and (b) If Item 6C of the Declaratlons deslgnates that UNDERLYING LIMITS shall apply 'separately', then each applicable UNDERLYING LIMIT shall be applied separately without limitation. (9) The Inclusion or addition hereunder of more than one INSURED shall not operate to Increase the COMPANY'S Limits of Liability beyond those amounts stated In Item 5 of the Declaratlons. II. DEFINITIONS (A) BODILY INJURY: The term 'BODILY INJURY' shall mean: (1) bodily Injury, mental anguish, mental Illness, emotional upset, sickness or disease sustained by any person which occurs during the COVERAGE PERIOD, Including death at any time resulting therefrom; or (?J INCIDEMAL MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INJURY. (B) CLAIM: The term 'CLAIM' shall mean any demand or suit against any INSURED for damages because of BODILY INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE. Multiple demands or suits arlsing out of the same OCCURRENCE shall be deemed to be a single 'CLAIM'. (C) COMPANY: The term 'COMPANY' shall mean Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Llmlted, Hamilton, Bermuda, a non~ssessable mutual Insurance company. (D) COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY: The term 'COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY' shall Include BODILY INJURY and PROPERTY DAMAGE arlsing out of operations, or reliance upon a representation or warranty with respect thereto made at any time, but only If such BODILY INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE occurs after such operations have been completed or abandoned and occurs away from premises owned by or rented to the INSURED. Operations shall Include materials, parts or equipment furnished In connection therewith. Operations shall be deemed completed at the earliest of the following: (t) when all operattons to be performed by or on behalf of the INSURED under the contract for such operations have been completed; (7J when all operations to be performed by or on behalf of the INSURED at the site of tha operations have been completed; or (3) when the portion of the operations out of which the BODILY INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE arises has been put to Its Intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or subcontractor engaged In, performing operations for a principal as part of the same project «.,. 8100 (1/90) [3 of 15 ]
