' '~ A <br />^ fEGiS . <br />~ Operations which may require further service or maintenance work, or correction, repair or <br />replacement because of any defect or deficiency, but which ere otherwise completed shall be <br />deemed completed. <br />'COMPLETED OPERATIONS LIABILITY' shall not Include BODILY INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE <br />arising out of: <br />(1) operations In connection with the transportation of property, unless the BODILY INJURY or <br />PROPERTY DAMAGE arises out of a condition In or on a vehicle created by the loading or <br />unloading thereof; <br />(2) the existence of tools, uninstalled equipment or abandoned or unused materials; or <br />(3) any operations necessary or Incidental to the supplying of gas, electricity or steam Including <br />(a) the exploration for or production, storage, transmission or dlstrlbutlon of gas; or <br />(b) the generation, transmission or dlstrlbutlon of electricity or steam. <br />(E) CONTRACT: The term 'CONTRACT' shall mean an agreement to assume liability for BODILY <br />INJURY, PERSONAL INJURY or PROPERTY DAMAGE which occurs subsequent to the making of <br />such agreement. <br />(F) COVERAGE PERIOD: The term 'COVERAGE PERIOD' shall mean the period of time from the <br />RETROACTIVE DATE to the termination of the POLICY PERIOD. <br />(G) DISCOVERY PERIOD: The term 'DISCOVERY PERIOD' shall mean the appllpble period of time In <br />which: <br />(1) a CLAIM must first be made against an INSURED, or <br />(7a a NOTICE OF CIRCUMSTANCES must be given by the INSURED, <br />as stated In Condition (N). <br />Itfl FAILURE TO SUPPLY LIABILITY: The term 'FAILURE TO SUPPLY LIABILITY' shell Include BODILY <br />INJURY and PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of a failure to supply or provide an adequate supply <br />of gas, electricity, steam, water or telephone service to meet demand. <br />(q INCIDENTAL MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INJURY: The term 'INCIDENTAL MEDICAL MALPRACTICE <br />INJURY' shall mean the BODILY INJURY as set forth In section (1) of Definition (A) resulting from <br />the rendering of or failure to render the following services by an INSURED: <br />(1) medical, surgical, dental, x-ray or nursing services ar treatment, or the furnlshing of food <br />or beverages In connection therewith; or <br />(2) the furnlshing or dispensing of drugs or medipl, surglpl or dental supplies or appliances; <br />but only If such services are provided Incidentally to other operations of the NAMED INSURED <br />and not for the purpose of generating remuneretion or profit. <br />(J) INSURED: Each of the following shall be an 'INSURED' under this POLICY to the extent set forth <br />below: <br />(1) the NAMED INSURED; <br /> <br />
