<br />State of Colorado <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />October 7, 1996 <br />Page Two <br />Direct disregard for the environmental damage being done by these grading and <br />improvement activities - no attention being given to inevitable erosion control <br />and nrnoff problems affecting adjacent private property and no concern for the <br />impact on the natural vegetation <br />We believe the issues raised above are a significant and direct disregard for the rights of the <br />private property owners and for the requirements outlined by the permit granted by the State <br />of Colorado.
