III. Hydrology Page 4-86 must be revised to include a description of the current monitoring plan, frequency parameter analyzed and reporting dates. Refer to Stipulator No. 1 of the Findings Document - Minor Revision No. 3 which changes the monitoring site should also be described. IV. ~etation Information Tfiis section must be revised to incorporate the change in seed mix as required by Stipulator No. 6 and revised by minor revision No. 2. The agreed upon re vegetation success standard as detailed in Stipulator No. 5 should also be included in this section. Y. Wildlife Information The Public Service correspondence for raptor protection from power lines must be incorporated into this section as detailed in your response to Stipulator No. 7. VI. Operations Plan 1. This section must be modified to incorporate a narrative of the revisions to pond SP-1 including the non-clogging orifice design, the emergency spillway riprap and the sediment level markings these modifications are detailed by technical revision No. 1, and Eastside's responses to Stipulator No 2 and 3. Drawing No. 3 as revised 5/28/85 also needs to be incorporated. 2. The underground blasting requested is minor revision No 1 needs to be incorporated in this section. VII. Waste Disposal The gravel underdrain submitted in response to Stipulator No. 9 needs to be incorporated in this section (pages 97-97H). VIII. Water Rights and Replacement A new section should be added to include the ditch right and the commitment to supplement any injured downstream users as detailed in the response to Stipulator No. 4. IX. Summary These revisions detailed above should be supplied to the Division by May 30, 1987. Due to the small number of pages involved, Eastside may wish to supply the revised pages and the Division can incorporate them into the document. sak 8246E
