Dept. of Natural Resource< <br />I called your office this morning in response to your letter <br />dated July 8 which was received here, Registered Mail, yesterday, <br />July 18. Due to the time interval between the date of the letter <br />and the receipt of it here, I did not want you to think that I have <br />ignored nor had been indifferent to your interests. You were in a <br />meeting and I discussed the contents of your letter with Mr. Brad <br />Janes. I assured him, and I want you to know, that this company has <br />every intention of complying with all of the Mined Land Reclamation <br />regulations. <br />Our work plan has not changed. The maximum contemplated tonnage <br />production over the next two years as a result of our efforts at the <br />Golden Wonder is not to exceed 50 tons per day or 13,000 tons per <br />year.
