We also find that <br />maximum economic recovery ofthe federal coal within federal lease COC61357 would be achieved. <br />Also, as a result of mine plan reviews, and in harmony with the BLM land use plan for the North <br />Fork region, we aze giving our concurrence as a land management agency for underground coal <br />mining where portions of the surface included within boundaries of federal coal lease COC61357 <br />aze managed by BLM. <br />These determinations cover the entire lease encompassed in permit C-1981-022.
