By that time, hypothetically, the weeds in question
will have gone to seed and my client will not be happy.
As I understood your comments, no one has any real objection to trying
to work out something whereby Cross Mountain Ranch can either do the
spraying or contract for the spraying at the appropriite time without
having the process delayed due to bureaucratic requirements, bidding,
etc. If so, I believe this aspect of our mutual problem needs to be
addressed by an appropriate agreement and the monies properly segre-
gated for this purpose. This needs to be done no later than mid-April.
While we are at it, we need to address the question of reimbursement
for last year's spraying.
According to Red Cortner, despite the statements made by ACZ about re-
imbursement from Routt County, Red has talked to the same people and
they indicated that funding is extremely tight in the county and it is
problematical as to whether any funds at all will be available for weed
control reimbursement.
