Ade uacy of Measures to Protect Federal Resources Not Covered by the <br />Rig is Grante y-6 tTe F'e~rT oa Leases <br />No problems were identified. <br />General Comments <br />Section 2.04.12, Prime Farmland Investigation, the discussion needs <br />to be modified based on the following: <br /> <br />Amount of rainfall is not a criteria for prime farmland. It is true <br />that the CMLRD made a negative determination for the presence of <br />prime farmland in 1983, however, new data indicates that potential <br />prime farmlands occur within the permit boundary.
