Stipulation No. 3: <br />All necessary air quality permits for production at 4.5 million tons per <br />year viii be obtained by the permittee prior to exceeding 4.0 million tons <br />per year. <br />Status: Resolved in the State Decision Document dated July 10, 1987, for <br />the permit renewal application approval. <br />Stipulation No. 1: <br />If, in the future, on-site inspection by the regulatory authority or <br />information collected by Colowyo indicate that the suspension of the <br />mulching requirement is detrimental to vegetation establishment or <br />contributes to excessive erosion, mulching will be resumed. <br />Status: Resolved in the State Decision Document dated July 10, 1987, for <br />the permit reaeval application approval. <br />Stipulation No. 5: <br />Within one year of permit issuance, the permittee will propose to the <br />regulatory authority an acceptable standard, based on available data for <br />the mountain shrub and sagebrush types, for the determination of <br />re vegetation success for woody plant density. The standard will reflect <br />consideration of local and regional recommendations by stock growers, the ~ <br />Division of Wildlife, and appropriate land management agencies, and rill be <br />based on the needs of the poatminiag land use. <br />Status: Resolved in the State Decision Document dated July 10, 1987 for <br />the permit renewal application approval. <br />Stipulation No. 6: <br />The permittee will monitor eater levels in the monitoring wells existing <br />within the Streeter Canyon Fill, including the txo yells designated as NW-1 <br />and NW-2, installed on the 6900 foot elevation terrace beach, and the one <br />well designated as NW-3, installed adjacent to the toe of the fill at the <br />6600 foot elevation. The permittee will further install additional pairs <br />of survey monuments at the 7000, 7100 sad 7300 foot elevations on the <br />Streeter Canyon fill, ea the fill reaches completion at those elevations. <br />The permittee will submit proposed monument locations to the regulatory <br />authority for approval prior to installation of the survey monuments. <br />Monitoring of the wells and surveying of the monuments shall both be <br />accomplished quarterly. The regulatory authority will be informed <br />immediately if any hazardous condition is determined to exist xithin the <br />Streeter Canyon Fill. The permittee will continue this monitoring program <br />until the regulatory autkidrity approves cessation in xriting. <br />Status: Resolved in the State Decision Document dated July 10, 1987, for <br />the permit renexal application approval. <br />
