Table 3 in Appendix B is a water balance which shows depletions, credits, and the net augmentation requirements. Since the mining operation is subject t0'11te market demands, an accounting sheet is attached for the purposes of determining actual~onthly and annual depletions associated with moisture loss in the mined material and dust suppression from gravel crushing and evaporation from the gravel pits. The accounting sheet will~e•filled out monthly and sent to the Division Engineer's Office annually or upon demand.
