These changes should be <br />reflected in the permit: Lastly, the <br />original Hydro-Triad report (June 1981) <br />should be referenced. <br />TR-02 Hydrology Monitoring Reduction <br />Incorporate as previously noted in Section III of this report. It should be <br />noted that as per this revision an annual hydrology report is required to be <br />submitted by December 31 of each year. This report should also include the <br />quarterly inspections of sediment ponds: <br />VII. Stipulation and Joint Settlement Commitments <br />Dl vision records show nine joint settlement agreements and three permit <br />stipulations, all of which are either ongoing or have been satisfied. In many <br />cases the commitments Contained therein have been incorporated into the permit <br />narratives. In other cases the information was submitted as adequacy <br />responses and placed in the rear of chapters. These are dealt with in Section <br />III of this report and therefore will not be restated here.
