Bond surety and reclamation cost estimate; <br />5. Division findings documents and previous midterm reviews; <br />6. Division inspection reports; <br />7. Notices of violations since last permit renewal, if any. <br />PART II -SUMMARY OF: OPERATIONS, VIOLATIONS, REVISIONS TO <br />PERMIT, STIPULATIONS, VARIANCES, AND BOND <br />Oaerations <br />Permit C-82-071 was last renewed effective March 27, 1997 (renewal RN-03). The <br />reclamation of ground water monitoring wells is the only remaining reclamation work <br />specified in the approved reclamation plan. The permittee continues to monitor hydrology <br />and revegetation on the two mines.
