"Empire Energy Corporation is presently formulating <br />additional information concerning the reclamation plans <br />for the Williams Fork Strip Pit. This additional material <br />will address the specific concerns addressed in this <br />section of Lhe PAR as well as the concerns raised on page <br />7, No. 5m and the Approximate Original Contour - Williams <br />Fork Strip pit No. 2 concern within the Jim Pendleton memo <br />of October 9, 1986 portion of the PAR. This information <br />will be incorporated into Exhibit 24, Williams Fork Strip <br />Pit Reclamation Plan following approval by CMLRD. <br />Until such time that Exhibit 24 is approved by the CMLRD, <br />Empire Energy Corporation commits to reclamation of the <br />Williams Fork Strip Pit as described in the presently <br />approved Permit C-044-81 document." <br />Because the delay in reclamation no longer pertains to this situation, the <br />Division believes it appropriate to require the applicant to expeditiously <br />resolve the final reclaimed configuration of the Williams Fork Strip Pit No. <br />2. Therefore the Division imposes the following stipulation upon approval of <br />the permit application. <br />STIPULATION N0. 7: <br />THE OPERATOR SHALL COMMENCE RECLAMATION OF THE WILLIAMS FORK STRIP PIT N0. 2 <br />SITE NO LATER THAN ONE YEAR FOLLOWING APPROYAL OF THIS PERMIT APPLICATION. IF <br />BY THAT DATE A REVISION TO THE EXISTING PLAN HAS NOT 6EEN APPROVED, THE <br />OPERATOR SHALL COMPLETE THE RECLAMATION AS CURRENTLY APPROYED. <br />XXIY. Miscellaneous Cam liance - Rules 2.05.6(5), 4.02 4.12 4.19' 4,21- <br />. an <br />No problems were identified with respect to the requirements of any of these <br />sections during the review. Based on information provided in Volumes 1 and 2 <br />of the application, the proposed operation is in compliance with the <br />requirements of these sections for the Eagle No. 5, 5A and 6 Mines. <br />XXY.0-ppe--r~ations on Lands Sub,~ect to Limitations or_Prohibitions_-_Rules 2,03.7 <br />a~~Ta' - - - - <br />As demonstrated on page 2.03-18 of the application the proposed :operation of <br />the Eagle No. 5, 5A and No. 6 Mines are in compliance with the requirements of <br />these sections and 2.07.6(2)(d) far the following reasons: " <br />(1) The proposed permit area is not: <br />a. Within an area designated unsuitable for surface and mining <br />operations; <br />b.
