10. User shall, at all times that this agreement is in effect, carry with <br />reliable insurance companies, acceptable to EEC, the following <br />minimum insurance coverage which will cover EEC as an additional <br />insured. Such policies shall provide that the insurance company <br />shall not cancel any coveraye without giving ten days written notice <br />to EEC and User shall furnish EEC evidence of such insurance. This <br />insurance coverage shall not serve to limit User obligations under <br />paragraph number 9 above. <br />(a) 4Jorkman's Compensation Insurance, including occupational disease <br />coverage in accordance with statutory requirements, and <br />employees liability limits of not less than $100,000; <br />(b) General Public Liability Insurance with limits of not less than <br />$1,000,000 for injuries to or death of any person other than an <br />employee, and a property damage limit of not less than $250,000. <br />The Property Damage Liability Insuran_•,e shall include the Broad <br />~' Form Property Damage Endorsement; and <br />(c) Automobile and other vehicular public liability and property <br />damage insurance, including hired or rented equipment, with a <br />limit of not less that $500,000 for injuries to or death of any <br />one person and not less than $1,000,0('0 for injuries to or death <br />of more than one person resulting from ;any one accident, and <br />property damage limits of not less thin $50,000. <br />
