The proposed subdivision consists of approximately 3.7 acres of land <br />for commercial and industrial development, 16 acres of land proposed to be used by the City of Greeley as a <br />regional detention pond, 11 acres reserved for medium density residential development, and 37.7 acres of <br />land with 166 single-family lots. <br />In March 2004 I sent a referral to Ron Cattany for the preliminary subdivision and Kate Pickford sent a <br />response stating that the proposed subdivision appeared to be generally in compliance with the approved <br />reclamation plan with the exception of the omission of a 6-acre groundwater lake. Ms. Pickford's letter is <br />attached. It's my understanding that a technical revision has been completed for the property that removed <br />the groundwater lake as a reclamation requirement. <br />I have sent a copy of the subdivision plans for your review.
