<br />G <br />10. The applicant shall be responsible for repairing any damage to the haul route that <br />occurs during the applicant" hauling period. The applicant shall repair in good <br />workmanlike manner any damage to said roads caused by trucks hauling from the site <br />as determined by the Pueblo County Public Works Department. <br />Repairs shall include, but not be limited to, fixing potholes and restoring the road to a <br />condition as good as or better than existed prior to commencement of the applicant's <br />operations under the Special Use Permit. The videolog will be used by Public Works <br />to determine the extent of repairs required. <br />11. These conditions can be modified or added to if the mining operation should change <br />substantially. <br />NOTE: Section 36(i) of the Pueblo County Zoning Resolution maintains the action or <br />activity authorized by a Special Use permit must be exercised in full or construction <br />started within one year of the issuance date or the Special Use permit becomes null and <br />void unless the permit is extended by the Planning Commission. Further, the action or <br />activity must be in full compliance with all the conditions attached to the Special Use <br />permit.
