Beltramo & Sons, Inc. <br />(Applicant); C/O Buck Barnhart (Representative), .4 Miles South <br />of Nicholson Road, along the East Side of St. Chazles Road <br />ADDENDUM TO STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The Pueblo County Public Works Department provided a memorandum dated January 26, <br />1999 which recommends conditions of approval, if Special Use Permit 1998-041 is approved <br />by the Planning Commission (Exhibit 1). The conditions recommended by the Public <br />Works Department aze included as conditions 7-I 1 within the revised conditions of approval. <br />Staff recommends APPROVAL of Special Use Permit No. 97-18 WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />CONDITIONS: <br />The applicant shall obtain all necessary State and Federal permits for the mining <br />activity including, but not limited to, an emissions permit, reclamation pernTit, and <br />a Department of the Army 404 permit. Copies of all such permits pertaining to <br />Special Use Permit 1998-041 shall be provided to the Department of Planning and <br />Development within 30 days of issuance. <br />2.
