PCPC • • <br />Re: SUP No. 96-07 <br />3-19-97 <br />Page 5 <br />(4) The special use permit will not adversely affect the public health, safety, and <br />welfare. <br />The proposed use would not create a negative impact on the public health, safety, <br />and welfaze. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends APPROVAL of Special Use Permit No. 96-07 with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of any <br />and all local, State, and Federal applications, permits, or amendments pertaining to SUP No. <br />96-07 within 30 days of their submittal or approval. This includes, but is not limited to, <br />MLRB, 404/401, water well, air quality, and CPDES permits. <br />2. The applicant shall abide by all permits and plans submitted to Federal, State, and local <br />agencies. Any violation of a permit or plan shall result in the scheduling of a Show/Cause <br />Hearing to consider the revocation of Special Use Permit No. 96-07. <br />3.
