From trees to <br />steel shed area, remove berms, install ponds to allow water to back out, <br />devert runoff from bank southeast of steel shed by using shallow trench <br />into pond at south of area. Top soil and seed. Consult owner. <br />8. Area at Eilts oil well and switch back to be changed to in- <br />clude installation of culvert and grading to keep water to the inside <br />of curve. Small pond at lower part inside of curve. No ditch at out- <br />- side of amre. The area will be graded to suit owner after approach <br />and road for another oil well is completed. <br />9, Road below Eilts oil well into Coal View gulch will be re- <br />stored using fill from area southwest of well. Area of overburden, <br />area below oil well, slide area to be reclaimed be terracing as owner <br />directs. <br />10. Water from steel shed area that goes to the inside of. curve <br />will be diverted at the next switch back into a shallow ditch thence <br />into a pond above the stone house. Pond shall be constructed under <br />Soil Conservation specifications. <br />11. Frown the afore mentioned switch back to next switch back at <br />the access culvert, the water generated should go into a cement lined <br />ditch (as farmer irrigators use) to exit north of the tipple area.
