You requested a copy of any agreement
between Somerset Mining Company and the Rio Grande which addressed
the relocation work. Enclosed is a copy of the agreement as well
as a letter from MLRD to Somerset regarding the railroad relocation
work.
All of the material excavated from the area above the portals
and the old highway was placed in the railroad subgrade as
contemplated by the agreement with the Rio Grande.
Please call if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
~' Jlm S~E.
Consulting Engineer
cc: Basil Bear
ae010794
