Furthermore, the permit boundary <br /> as shown on Map 1 is the boundary prior to the bond release affecting areas <br /> overlying underground workings. Please correct the permit text and map as <br /> necessary to be consistent and correct. <br /> 3. Please submit a new text page 2.03-7 that identifies the MSHA number for the <br /> mine. Table 2 on page 2.03-9 indicates the mine has an MSHA number. Please <br /> correct as necessary to be consistent. <br /> 4. Please submit a new page updating the language under section 2.03.9. <br /> Rule 2.05 Operation and Reclamation Plan <br /> 5. Please refer to Table 19, Surface Facilities List on page 2.05-7 of the permit <br /> application fir the following questions. <br /> a. Power lines are listed as a facility. Which portion of the lines and poles <br /> traversing the site are the responsibility of the mine to reclaim? Please <br /> identify those sections of line and poles that should be covered under the <br /> reclamation cost estimate. <br /> b. The bio-remediation storage site is listed under both the east and west portal <br /> areas. Is this correct? <br /> C. Please identify the coal stockpile area by name or letter/number designation <br /> in both the text and Map 11. <br /> d. The facility list includes two stacking tubes. Permit text on page 2.05-25 <br /> states "At the raw coal stockpile, coal is dropped through the stacking tube <br /> into the reclaim tunnel...". Aerial photos seem to indicate that the coal is <br /> -12- <br />
