Please conduct a subsidence <br />survey of this area to determine if any such problems exist <br />and how you will repair this subsidence, if applicable. <br />5. Bond <br />A. The Division rejected this idea, so please <br />change this language to refer to one bond, and either change <br />or delete map 9. <br />B. Section 2.05.4(2)(b), Reclamation Cost Estimates <br />1) Please update the reclamation cost estimate on page 2, using <br />the approved calculations. <br />C. Section 3.02.1(5)(b>, Bond Requirements <br />1) Please delete references to bond increments on pages 1 <br />through 3. <br />D.
