Loye: <br />Valco, Inc. has sold material continuously out of the referenced location. <br />during 1983 and in the last 180 days. No mining has been done and the sales <br />are from stockpiles. I am not clear as to whether this is enough to con- <br />stitute a lack of " temporary cessation" maybe you can clarify that. <br />However, whether or not we are now officially in "temporary cessation" the <br />potential exists not only with this location but in at least 2 others we <br />have.
