I agree that this operation should not be considered to be in <br />temporary cessation, as long as at least removal from stockpiles continues to <br />occur. <br />If you feel that this operation and others may fall into the category of being <br />active for less than 180 days per year (but not inactive for an entire year), <br />as is referenced in the Rules and Regulations, I agree that you should submit <br />a technical revision to that effect for each of the operations involved. <br />Thank you for your response to my letter of June 5, 1984.
