The reclamation bond held by the State has been revoked and the State is conducting <br />maintenance reclamation at the site. The General Conditions in the Genera/Bid Specifications <br />1993 apply to this project. <br />Site Showing <br />There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting held on-site at the Fruita Mine on Wednesday, <br />January 24, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. Please see attached map for site location. <br />Bid Submission and Evaluation <br />Bids shall be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on February 2, 1996 by telephone to Paul Krabacher at <br />(970) 248-7253 or fax to Maggie Van Cleef (303) 830-8106. The attached bid schedule <br />must be submitted by all bidders. Award will be made for lowest grand total bid for the site. <br />Bid Award <br />The apparent low bidder must submit a certificate of insurance with the following limits: <br />1. Standard Worker's Compensation and Employer Liability, as required by State Statute <br />including occupational disease, covering all employees at the work site. <br />
