DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE STABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF RULES <br />4.03.2(3)(c)(i) OR (d)(viii); OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE OPERATOR SHALL SUBMIT <br />A PROPOSED RECLAIMED CONFIGURATION WITH APPROPRIATE STABILITY <br />ANALYSES TO DEMONSTRATE CONFORMANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF <br />RULE 4.03.2(7). <br />Status -Terminated <br />The "Steep Slope" signs aze posted. Stability analyses were performed as part of Technical <br />Revision 22 and the stipulation was terminated on 26 Mazch 1996. <br />STIPULATION NO. 10 <br />THE DNISION DIRECTS ENERGY FUELS COAL, INC. TO MONITOR THE LOCATION <br />AND ORIENTATION OF THE THOMPSON RANCH STRUCTURES. THE APPLICANT <br />SHALL SURVEY THESE STRUCTURES ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. <br />Status -Terminated <br />The revised permit application included a subsidence monitoring plan that incorporated quarterly <br />monitoring of the Thompson Ranch structures. This monitoring has been performed in <br />accordance with the plan to date. No subsidence has been observed since the 1994. <br />STIPULATION NO. 11 <br />THE DIVISION DIRECTS ENERGY FUELS COAL,INC. TO SUBMIT A PROPOSED <br />REPORT FORMAT FOR THE REQUIRED SEMI-ANNUAL SUBSIDENCE MONITORING <br />REPORT, WITHIN 180 DAYS FOLLOWING PERMIT APPROVAL. THIS REPORT <br />FORMAT SHALL INCLUDE TABULATED SURVEY MONUMENT AND STRUCTURE <br />LOCATION AND ORIENTATION DATA. SURVEY DATA FOR THE TWO <br />HIGH-RESOLUTION MONUMENT GRIDS SHALL ALSO BE PRESENTED <br />GRAPHICALLY, INCROSS-SECTION FORM. THE SUBSIDENCE MONITORING MAP <br />SHALL BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE MONUMENT IDENTIFICATION LABELING, IN <br />ORDER TO FACILITATE DATA REPORTING AND ANALYSIS. FINALLY, <br />SEMI-ANNUAL SUBSIDENCE MONITORING REPORT SHALL INCLUDE A SUMMARY <br />COMPARISON OF MONITORING RESULTS AND THE APPLICANT'S PREDICTIONS <br />FOR EACH INVENTORIED STRUCTURE AND THE STREAM CHANNEL OF NEWLIN <br />CREEK. <br />Status -Terminated <br />The Division approved asemi-annual subsidence monitoring report format in conjunction with <br />the first mid-term, Minor Revision 13, approved December 10, 1987. <br />Southfield Mine Permit Renewa104 5 September 10, 2004 <br />
