Long <br />Division Director <br />On November 19, 1997, the Mined Land Reclamation Division issued the enclosed Declaratory <br />Order for the above captioned operation. We strongly advise that you read this document <br />carefully since it contains provisions with which you must comply to avoid future Board actions. <br />Specifically, during Board discussion of you exemption request, it was noted that the excess <br />stockpiled material could be disposed of by the following means without requiring a permit: <br />Giving the material away without receiving any compensation, monetarily or otherwise; <br />2. Returning the material to the pit; <br />3.
