18. Warehouse Building No. 1 - This feature is shown as items 40
and on x ibi~'3~d includes the rear quonset but type
steel arch portion of the structure measuring 39'Wx59'Lxl7'H;
the front portion of the structure consisting of corrugated
sheet metal roofing and siding with structural steel framing
measuring 29'Wx40'Lx16'H; the associated floor slab, foundation
and footers; the outside driveway slab measuring 10'Wx29'Lxl'
thick; and the six separate concrete footers remaining from an
adjacent building measuring 3'Lx3'W of unknown depth or
thickness. An excavation of the south side of the main
building indicates that the exposed portion of the foundation
is approximately 2.5' thick down to a spread footer 1' thick
and extending out from the foundation base 1', Type and extent
of reinforcing used in the concrete is unknown, The structure
contains a large quantity of mining equipment, parts, supplies,
materials, and shelving,
19. River Pumping Facility - This feature is shown as items 45 and
on x t i e feature includes the 6' diameter
vertical CMP pump housing with lid and all inside contents, and
the plywood and wood frame operators shack measuring
6'Lx6'Wx9'H, The length of the CMP from the top lip down to
water level was 20' at the time measurements were taken (March,
1990).
20. Warehouse Building No. 2 - This structure is shown as item 43
on x i i an consists of a 24'Wx30'Lx17'H corrugated sheet
metal/structural steel frame building with concrete floor,
interior wood shelving and a loft type storage area in the rear
one-half of the building, The structure contains a variety of
mining related equipment, materials, parts, and supplies. The
concrete pad outside the doorway is 4'Wx24'L x 6" thick, The
foundation and footer for this structure appears to have the
same approximate dimensions as the foundation for Warehouse
No. 1 .
21, Storage Shed - This structure is shown as item 42 on Exhibit 3A
anoano consis'~,s of a 14.5'Wx24.5'Lx13'H wooden garage type
structure with wood plank flooring and timber footings. It is
unknown if any concrete flooring or foundations exist. The
structure contains a variety of equipment oil and air filters
and related materials.
22, Shop Building - This facility is shown as item 41 on
x i i consisting of a 20'Wx85'Lx14'H corrugated sheet
metal structure with concrete flooring and a 20'Wx85'L x
10" thick concrete driveway slab in front of the building, The
building contains a variety of mining related equipment,
materials, parts, supplies, work benches, etc. The building
foundation appears to be approximately 2,5'-3.0' deep with no
apparent spread footer, The type and extent of reinforcing
used in the concrete is unknown. The thickness of the shop
floor inside the structure is unknown.
