Transplants have included <br />junipers, ponderosa pines, skunkbrush sumacs, red cedars, mountain mahoganies and <br />pinion pines. <br />Water Rights and Usage <br />Although EFCI currently has the legal right to utilize water from the Corley Mine Well for <br />mining, processing and related operations, as part of the reclamation activities, the water line <br />has been cut and sealed and the fresh-water pond has been reclaimed. Records taken over <br />the last 25 years suggest no negative impacts or reduction in flow have occurred from <br />Southfield's use of the water from this well. <br />Section II -Revisions to the Permit <br />There were no technical revisions, permit revisions, or bond release applications approved <br />since Renewal No. 4 (September 2004). <br />Minor Revisions since Renewal No. 4 (September 2004) <br />Revision <br />Number Description Date Approved <br />MR-56 Addition of soil characteristics Oct. 2004 <br />Section III <br />Status of Stipulations <br />The stipulation history for the Southfield Mirte was reviewed as part of the mid-term review. <br />Review included investigation of the stipulation response file, revisions to the permit, and the <br />findings document for RN-04. Stipulations are a binding part of the permit and previously <br />assigned stipulation numbers are not to be re-used. Any stipulations associated with this <br />permit and issued over the life of this operation which are not discussed in this mid-term <br />review have been complied with or terminated. At the time of this midterm permit review, <br />there are no active or un-resolved stipulations to the Southfield mining permit. <br />Section IV <br />Enforcement Actions <br />This section is a review of the enforcement actions issued since the last permit renewal (RN- <br />04) in September 2004. There have been no enforcement actions taken in the last 2 '/z years <br />since the approval of Permit Renewal No. 4. <br />
