(Golder) is pleased to submit this summary of Phase IVc Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services performed for the Cresson Project during the period of June 27 through July 3, 2004. The weather during this reporting period was cleaz to cloudy. Approximate daytime low temperatures ranged from 39° F to 46° F, and highs ranged from 56° F to 73° F. Weather observations were made on seven days of this seven-day reporting period. Construction Synopsis Ames Construction Inc. (Ames) of Aurora, Colorado is the earthworks contractor for the Phase IVc construction. Ames conducted Phase IVc construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (June 28 through July 2, 2004). Poly-Flex conducted Phase fVc construction activities on five days of this seven-day reporting period (June 28 through July 2, 2004). Phase IVc Ames continued limited Structural Fill (SF) cut to fill activities along the Phase IVb /Phase IVc tie-in area near the LOB. Ames continued construction of the Leak Detection Trench (L.DT) within Phase IVc along the central section of the VLF, Raven Hill azea. Ames constructed approximately 250 linear feet of LDT. Ames did not haul or place any new Soil Liner Fill (SLF) within the Phase IVc area during this reporting period due to inclement weather.
