Structure Agreement with Aneda Marquez for Permit No. M-83-176, <br />Speer Mining Resource <br />CC: File <br />Although we will not be mining near to Aneda's property for at least two years, I had the <br />time and opportunity to get her to sign-off on the structure agreement. This agreement <br />was prepared in 2000 with the original submittal of this permit application, and had not <br />been updated. There was no real reason to re-do any part of the agreement, so other than <br />crossing out Antonio Wong's name, the agreement can work as is. Mr. Wong is only a'/z <br />owner of the smaller of the two lots that make up this parcel, and it is the lot that contains <br />the residence to the south of the auto shop. We will only be mining near to the auto shop, <br />of which Aneda is the sole owner. I am also including a copy of the cover letter I sent to <br />her with a copy of the agreement. <br />There are now only three remaining agreements to get for this site, and they are listed <br />below. We have not encroached to within 200 ft. of any of these structures, and will not <br />for at least 6 months. However, I plan on getting the remaining sign-offs within the next <br />month, just to get this part of the permit out of the way. If you have any questions, please <br />contact me. <br />1.
